Schlussfolgerung
Diese Ergebnisse können bei der Entwicklung von Pharmaka zur gezielten Behandlung der permeabilitätserhöhenden Effekte, die durch das unter hypoxischen Bedingungen gebildete VEGF zustande kommen und zur Entwicklung des vasogenen Gehirnödems führen, sehr hilfreich sein.
