lt is of great importance for us that you feel at ease here. That creates an atmosphere of trust and speeds up recovery. We have thought carefully about every part of your stay here and have organised everything as well as possible from your registration to your discharge. Waiting times are kept to a minimum, treatment is made more efficient and you can look forward to going home with no delay.
Appointments are made by contacting our central information desk which passes the enquiry on to the appropriate unit. Those in charge there will then contact you straight away to arrange an appointment for you directly either in writing or by phone. Please report at reception in our attractive foyer before the medical formalities can be arranged for your stay in the clinic. If you come as an outpatient the service personnel at reception will show you the way to the appropriate unit. We have a patient friendly guidance system which will help you to find orientation. Our service personnel are also happy to give you any information and answer your questions during the whole time you are here. When you go home you will be given all the documentation for the follow-up examinations with your own doctor or other institutions. lt goes without saying that our doctors can be contacted at any time, even after you have left the clinic, if you have any medical questions.
